In Lindau-Oberreitnau, you will find our high-quality, 75 m² holiday apartment.
The property is situated in a quiet location surrounded by green hills, meadows, and forests on the edge of the resort.
Ideally suited for 2–4 guests, the apartment offers a privately furnished atmosphere.
Access is via a beautiful garden and a separate entrance, leading to your own wind-protected south-facing terrace with mountain views. Upon arrival, you can conveniently park at the house, and if you bring bicycles, they can be stored securely on the property.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, and pans.
The bathroom offers a spacious shower, washbasin, and hairdryer.
The toilet is located in a separate room.
A furnished hallway leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two wardrobes.
The cozy dining room is directly connected to the living room, which has two large sofas (sofa beds), a Smart/Sat-TV, and direct access to the covered terrace with a barbecue area. The small center of Oberreitnau is about a five-minute walk away, where you will find small hotels, restaurants, a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, several doctors, banks, a hairdresser, a heated outdoor pool, and tennis courts.
The city bus stop is approximately 250 m from the house, providing a direct connection to the island in about 20 minutes. Guests receive the ECHT BODENSEE CARD with the local visitor’s tax, allowing free travel by bus and train throughout the Bodensee-Oberschwaben transport network.
